Space Coast Sled Hockey, Inc., a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization with its principal place of business located at P.O Box 560791, Rockledge, FL 32956 is conducting a raffle pursuant to Florida Statutes to raise proceeds to benefit Space Coast Sled Hockey teams.
Suggested Donation – $50/ticket. No limit to the number of tickets you may enter.
Members of Space Coast Sled Hockey, and anyone else interested & eligible may purchase tickets.
All proceeds from this raffle to benefit Space Coast Sled Hockey, Inc. a Florida 501(c)(3) Corporation.
Raffle participants will be assigned ticket numbers randomly.
Each raffle ticket has an equal chance of being drawn.
Odds of winning are based on the total number of raffle tickets obtained, with a maximum of 100 tickets entered into the drawing.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Do not lose your raffle ticket, as it is required to claim prize.
All Raffle Tickets must be obtained no later than 4:30 PM EST on December 13, 2020.
The winning ticket will be drawn at random on December 13, 2020 at 7 PM at the Space Coast Iceplex, 720 Roy Wall Blvd, Rockledge, FL 32955, from all eligible raffle tickets received.
Winner does not need to be present to win.
Winner will be notified, using the name, email address and/or phone number that the purchaser provided on the stub or online order.
Winning ticket number and name will be posted on www.spacecoastsledhockey.com and on Space Coast Sled Hockey’s Facebook Page.
There will be One (1) cash prize winner for the raffle period.
The participant that holds the raffle ticket with the corresponding winning ticket number will receive 50% of the proceeds (maximum $2,500 if all 100 tickets are entered) and Space Coast Sled Hockey, Inc. retains the other 50% for charitable purposes as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Prize is non-transferable. There will be no prize substitutions.
Winner must present ticket to claim prize. The designated 50/50 raffle ticket is the only valid receipt for claiming a prize. Space Coast Sled Hockey, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or tickets redeemed in error by its agents.
The prize will be paid to the winner by check within 30 days of the drawing.
Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.Unauthorized persons copying, selling or altering tickets or interfering with the operation of the 50/50 Raffle are subject to prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by law.
